L'îlot articule plusieurs typologies volumétriques : blocs orthogonaux en enduit clair, angle arrondi habillé de lames de bois verticales, qui donnent une respiration à la rue sans chercher à unifier artificiellement l'ensemble. Toitures végétalisées, panneaux solaires en couverture et balcons plantés inscrivent le programme dans une démarche environnementale lisible depuis l'espace public.
A collective housing scheme in a context of urban renewal, set along a railway front with continuous active ground floors on the track side. The block articulates several volumetric typologies: orthogonal blocks in pale render and a rounded corner clad in vertical timber slats, which give the street some breathing room without artificially unifying the whole. Green roofs, rooftop solar panels and planted balconies place the programme within an environmental approach that is legible from the public realm.
